Adam Lindemann
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Lindemann is best known as a taste-maker in collecting and investing in contemporary art and classic cars. He founded Venus Over Manhattan, the influential gallery devoted to iconoclastic exhibitions of art and cars. Mr. Lindemann has been active in the car collecting and classic racing and Motorsport world. He has competed multiple times at Le Mans Classique, the Goodwood Revival, the Monaco Historics, the Spa 6 hours as well as races in the US including the Daytona classic, the Sebring classic and the Rolex Historics at Monterrey. He was the first guarantor of race cars at auction in the industry, including the 20M guarantee of the Le Mans winning Jaguar D type and lightweight C type. He has raced pre-war Astons, lightweight E types, Shelby cobra coupes and his current race car, a Coyote Corvette Daytona Prototype. He has also enjoyed rallies like the Mille Miglia, Cento Ore and enjoys collecting and riding vintage motorcycles. Mr. Lindemann has been a featured commentator on several documentaries and interviews related to collecting and authored two best-selling books on collecting for Taschen. He formally served as Vice Chairman of the Board at Southern Union Gas prior to its merger with Energy Transfer Partners. He was active in the radio broadcasting industry and bought and sold twenty-one radio stations after having served as SVP on the arbitrage desk of Oppenheimer & Co. He is a graduate of the Yale Law School (J.D.), Amherst College (B.A. magna cum laude) and passed the French Baccalaureate after attending the Lycée Français de New York.

Clive Ng
Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Ng is a media sector financier with over 20 years of strategic and management experience in the Asia markets. Mr. Ng was CEO of Pacific Media (LSE: PCM) where he was instrumental in holding joint venture partnerships between Pacific Media and United Artists Theatres, renamed Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC), and Television Broadcasts (TVB) of Hong Kong. He was Co-CEO of United International Holdings Asia, a partnership between UIH Inc. (since renamed Liberty Global Inc., NASDAQ: LBTYA), a leading international cable operator, and was responsible for its entrance into the Asian market with his family taking a 20 percent stake in the venture. In 1992, Mr. Ng co-founded TVB Superchannel Europe, which has grown to become Europe’s leading Chinese language broadcaster. He also owned a 50% stake in Hong Kong SuperNet, the first Hong Kong based ISP which was then sold to Pacific Internet (NASDAQ: PCNTF). Mr. Ng has had extensive experience with internet start-ups and e-commerce companies in Asia. He served as Chairman and Founder of Asiacontent, (NASDAQ: IASIA), one of the first Asian internet companies to list in the US that was the joint venture partner of NBCi, MTVi, C-NET, CBS Sportsline and DoubleClick in Asia. Mr. Ng was also one of the initial investors and founder of E*TRADE Asia, a partnership with E*TRADE Financial Corp (NYSE: ET). He is also a founding shareholder of MTV Japan, with H & Q Asia Pacific and MTV Networks (a division of Viacom Inc). Ng currently serves as Vice Chairman of Dazed Media as well as Board Member of Bandier, Armarium and Swiss based Highlight Event and Entertainment AG.

Massimiliano Iuliano
Delegate of the Board of Directors

Mr. Iuliano holds a Master of Science in Economics degree and brings 20 years of experience in the corporate finance, internal audit, corporate governance, investor relations and international sports sectors. After five years as Senior Internal Auditor at Coop Switzerland with a focus on the areas of internal control system, risk management and compliance, he moved to Highlight Communications AG, a Swiss based company listed on the German stock exchange as Head Internal Audit. During the 12 years with the media group, which focuses on sports, events, entertainment and film, he moved from internal audit to various executive functions within the group in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance, investor relations and event/sports management. Most recently he was CFO and COO of the internationally acting World Boxing Super Series AG before he left the company to start his own business as a financial/corporate advisor and sports consultant. He currently holds various board memberships in companies, which are specialized in advising companies in the areas of corporate affairs, corporate finance, corporate governance, private equity and business development in the areas of sports, event and entertainment.
